Information that you will need: (a) Entity Name, (b) Entity Type for tax purposes: Corporation, Partnership or LLC, (c) CA Corp/LLC/Partnership ID #, (c) Tax Year being paid, either 2023 or 2024. Also, in most cases, when prompted by FTB website, tax year is calendar year, i.e. from January 1st to December 31st

Selections if you’re paying without a Login:
Select Entity Type (Corporation/LLC/Partnership}, enter Entity ID, Your Contact info, “Form 100, 100S…”, PTE Elective Tax-Form 3893, Tax Year 2023 or 2024 as applicable (01-01-{Year} to 12-31-{Year}), enter Tax Amount, Date. Follow the remaining prompts to enter info from your checkbook.
